Barry ’16 Walking to Help Prevent Suicide

April 26, 2017 – Recently, Liam Barry ’16 wanted to find a way to help constructively address his feelings regarding recent losses in his life. In researching ways to help address suicide prevention, he came across the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. They host a series of “Out of the Darkness Walks” throughout the country. Liam will be participating in their sixteen-mile walk called “The Overnight” in San Diego in May.

One of Liam’s goals is to raise $2,500 to help fund research, survivor support, and awareness programs through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. If you would like to follow Liam’s progress and help him meet his goals, CLICK HERE.
