TEACHING POSITIONS

We seek a full-time Middle School Math Teacher. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience. Masters’ degree preferred.
We seek a full-time Middle School History Teacher for the 2017-18 school year. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience. Master’s degree preferred.

We seek a full-time Health teacher with the background and experience to develop and teach a comprehensive health curriculum. Candidates should have the following characteristics:

  • Skills and experience in developing and implementing a health curriculum for 6th-12th grade students
  • Knowledge of Health Education standards
  • Understanding of adolescent development 6th-12th grade
  • Knowledge of social and emotional learning programs
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • A passion for kids and teaching
  • An ability to build relationships with multiple constituencies

Candidates should have 3-5 years teaching experience. Masters’ degree is preferred.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

We have an opening for an Assistant Head of Middle School with educational leadership and curricular development experience to join our administrative team, starting in June of 2017. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package.

Part of a three-person administrative team, the Assistant Head of Middle School will work closely with the Middle School Head and Middle School Dean of Students. Also will work closely with the school’s academic deans to coordinate on important school-wide program (Middle and Upper).

  • Serves on the Middle School administrative team
  • May be asked to teach and/or coach
  • Other duties as assigned

STAFF POSITIONS

HR and Payroll Manager – new position that will oversee and implement HR practices, processes, and systems, including payroll.

We have an immediate opening for an HR professional with payroll experience to join our administrative team. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package.

The HR/Payroll Manager is a new position that will process semi-monthly payroll for over 150 employees and also develop the full range of HR systems and best practices in a fast-paced, challenging, diverse, and rewarding environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalency in HR and payroll/accounting experience
  • Direct experience with administration of benefit plans and payroll systems
  • Experience with compliance in all areas of HR and benefit management
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred:  3+ years of experience, including ADP or similar payroll service
